Bathroom Remodeling
When the repair list gets long enough that a rebuild is cheaper.

Dripping valves, running toilets, a shower that's staining the ceiling below, a vanity that needs swapping. Real repairs by people who understand what's behind the wall — because we're the ones who normally build it.
Send a photo of the leak and one of the shut-off valve — we'll tell you what you're looking at before we arrive.
We're tile and bathroom specialists first, which means the plumbing we're best at is the plumbing that lives near tile. If your job is a repipe or a water heater, we'll tell you straight and point you at someone who does that all day.
Diagnose, then quote
Rebuilding a shower pays us far more than fixing one. We still tell people to fix it when fixing it is correct — that's why our phone keeps ringing.
We find the actual cause before quoting a fix. A ceiling stain under a bathroom can be the pan, the drain collar, the valve, or the toilet flange — and they're four very different repairs.
Valve swaps, toilet resets, regrouts and fixture installs are priced as a flat rate before we start. You know the number in advance.
Where we genuinely can't see the problem until we open it up, we work hourly against a not-to-exceed figure you approve. No open-ended meters.
If the diagnostic shows the shower is beyond repair and you go ahead with a rebuild through us, we credit the diagnostic fee against the project.
WhatsApp a picture of the problem. Nine times out of ten we can identify it from the photo and tell you roughly what it'll cost.
Flat rate where we can, a not-to-exceed range where we can't. Approved by you in writing before anyone is dispatched.
A two-hour arrival window, not "sometime Tuesday". You get a message when we're on the way.
We photograph the repair, clean up, and send you the pictures with the invoice — useful if you're a landlord or filing a claim.
Yes — there's a service-call minimum that covers travel and the first hour on site. It's quoted before we book, and it's credited against the work if you go ahead. If you have several small jobs, bundle them into one visit and you'll only pay it once.
We're not a 24-hour emergency plumber and we won't pretend to be. During working hours we prioritise active leaks and will usually get someone out same or next day. If water is actively running, shut the supply off at the fixture or the main first — that's the single most useful thing you can do before anyone arrives.
Usually very closely. Grout darkens as it cures and fades with cleaning, so an exact match to ten-year-old grout is rarely possible — but we'll bring samples and get it close enough that you'd have to be looking for it. Regrouting the full wall always looks better than patching one line.
Yes, and we do it more often than you'd think. We'll inspect what's there first and be honest about what has to be redone versus what can be built on — sometimes the existing work is fine and it's genuinely just unfinished. We won't warranty someone else's substrate, and we'll say so in writing.
Regularly. We'll coordinate access with tenants, send photo documentation of before and after, and invoice in a format your accounting will accept. Portfolios with ongoing work get repeat-client rates.

One photo is usually enough for us to price it.
