A tub surround re-tile is typically two to three days. A full remodel is usually seven to twelve working days, with a couple of those being cure time we can't rush — waterproofing and mortar both need to set properly. If you've only got one bathroom we'll sequence the work so you keep a usable toilet for most of it.
Sometimes. If it's a failed valve, a cracked pan seal or bad grout at a change of plane, that's a repair. If the original installer skipped waterproofing or the pan was never sloped, patching it just moves the leak. We'll tell you which one you've got — and we'll tell you when a repair is the honest answer even though a full rebuild pays us more.
Yes — travertine and porcelain pavers, waterline tile, and screened lanai floors. Outdoor work in Florida has different rules: slip rating, thermal movement, drainage and a setting system rated for wet exterior use. It is not the same job as an indoor floor and shouldn't be priced like one.
